Fixation of your Self
The Self reflects the position and location of your attention, consciousness and awareness (ACA). They can be located anywhere within matter, mind, spirit and self. Usually they are spread out through all four areas, but the bulk of it is usually fixated in one particular area of development.
A physical fixation makes you think you are your body. A mental fixation makes you think you are your mind. A spiritual fixation makes you think you are your spirit. A self-fixation makes you think you are your Self.
Physical fixation
If your attention, consciousness and awareness are mostly fixated in matter or your physical body, you don't see the physical body as separate from you, or your Self, you think you are your body.
Mental/Emotional fixation
If your ACA is mostly fixated in mind, you can see the body as separate from yourself, but not the mind. You think you are the mind, your thoughts and emotions.
Spiritual fixation
If your ACA is mostly fixated in spirit, you can see the mind and body as separate from yourself, but not the spirit. You think you are the spirit.
Self fixation
If your ACA are mostly fixated in Self, you can see the spirit, mind and body as separate from yourself, but not the Self. You think you are the Self, and you are absolutely right.
