Mr. Gardar Gardarsson was born on August 11, 1960, in Keflavik Iceland. His early work
experience revolved around the Icelandic fishing industry, leading to sales and marketing
and finally to creating and offering products and services for self-development. He has taught
and lectured for over 12 years to big and small companies, organizations, schools and
groups such as Eimskip which is Icelands leading transporter and the Icelandic Management Association.
At the age of 23, Mr. Gardarsson had a profound transcendental
experience that motivated his interest in human mental potential and states of higher awareness.
For the past 12 years, he has traveled between Europe, Iceland and the United States
studying and participating in numerous self development courses such as est,
The Fourth Way, NLP, Avatar, Psychosynthesis, Silva Mind Control, Carlos Castaneda and many more. This has led him to discover the unique approaches to increase Focus and Concentration, Intelligence and expand Consciousness presented in the Astromind Web site.
